    I have proudly been employed at Tom Ahl Family of Dealerships since 1990. I began my career here as an automotive technician. After seven years of working as a technician, I became a Service Advisor then the Service Manager. In 2001 I was offered the position of Service Parts Director. In 2005 I was offered the job of being the General Manager of the Tom Ahl Buick GMC store. A few years later, I also took on the roll of General Manager for the Tom Ahl Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store. I am currently the General Manager of both of these stores.

    I enjoy riding my Harley in my spare time. I am happily married to my lovely wife, Amy and we have two amazing children together. We enjoy going on vacation in Dale Hollow and spending time on our boat.

    I began my automotive career in 1985 as a lot porter at Bill Ahl Buick. A year later I became a Service Advisor at the Buick store and stayed in that position for two years. Immediately after I was a Service Advisor, I became the Assistant Used Car Manager at the Buick store. In January of 1989, I became the Used Car Manager of the Chrysler store. In 2004, I took the position of the Used Car Director of all of the Tom Ahl Family of Dealership stores.

    I most of all enjoy spending time with my loving family. I am happily married to my lovely wife, Misty and I have four wonderful children. My family and I enjoy vacationing in the Outer Banks. Additionally, I like watching sports, especially football and soccer.

    I was born and raised in Lima, Ohio and am a proud graduate of Elida high school. I currently support Shawnee Schools, as my children strive to get their education from there.

    Steve Bales became employed with our company in 1988 when we were known as Bill Ahl. He worked at Bill Ahl Buick as a Service Manager until 2002. Steve is now back with our company as a Service Manager at the Tom Ahl Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Hyundai service department. Before his career at our dealership, Steve worked as an automotive technician for fourteen years.

    Steve likes to go camping and waterskiing with his family. He enjoys spending the time with his son, daughter, and his lovely wife.
